• Device Telemetry: Sensor readings, GPS/GNSS coordinates, battery status, signal strength, and environmental metrics transmitted by deployed hardware units.
• Network Logs: Connection timestamps, gateway identifiers, IP addresses, and routing data from our website and from LoRaWAN, cellular, and BLE networks.
• Account & Contact Information: Company name, authorized contact personnel, email addresses, phone numbers, and billing addresses required for service provisioning.
• Platform Usage Data: Dashboard interaction logs, user authentication tokens, and preference settings within our proprietary software applications.

2. How We Use Your Information

The data collected is strictly utilized to respond to those who contact us, and to operate, maintain, and optimize our IoT ecosystem and deliver contractual services:

• Responding to inquiries, preparing technical proposals, and communicating with prospective clients and partners.
• Delivering real-time fleet tracking, asset monitoring, and telemetry visualization.

Security is foundational to our engineering architecture. We implement multi-layered safeguards to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction:

• In Transit: LoRaWAN transmissions are secured at the device level using AES-128 encryption as defined by the LoRaWAN specification. All communications between gateways, network servers, and cloud infrastructure are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3).
• At Rest: Databases and telemetry archives are secured using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES-256) encryption protocols.
• Access Controls: Role-based access control and restricted administrative access ensure that only authorized personnel can access infrastructure layers.

4. Data Retention & Lifecycle

We retain telemetry records and operational logs only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Contact information from inquiries that do not result in a commercial relationship is retained for up to 24 months from the last communication, after which it is deleted. Raw telemetry data may be aggregated or anonymized for statistical analysis and system performance optimization.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your proprietary business data or personal information to third parties. We may share information strictly under the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: Managed website hosting, corporate email and productivity services, and cloud platform providers that support our operations, all bound by confidentiality and data processing commitments.

TikTrack does not use analytics, advertising, or profiling cookies, and does not share visitor behaviour with third parties. Our web platforms and client dashboards use only essential session cookies to maintain secure user login sessions and remember configuration preferences. Our hosting platform may set additional technical cookies necessary for caching and security. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, though certain interactive dashboard features may be affected.

9. Children's Privacy

Our IoT solutions, industrial hardware, and B2B platforms are designed exclusively for commercial, enterprise, agricultural, and municipal operations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
